    2nd stage dispersal sale

Invergordon stud Paringa Holsteins held its second stage complete dispersal sale on Friday, with Lot 3 selling for the top price of $33000.

The highest price ever paid at the Shepparton Regional Saleyards was reached when Paringa Fever Opa EX 91, the 2016 International Dairy Week Grand Champion, was sold for $33000 to a syndicate of Australian and overseas buyers.

N, M and J Staley of Yarram paid $10800 for Paringa Dempsey Nicoise, a very correct heifer bred from six generations of Aussie EX dams.

The sale saw 50 cows and heifers gross $186650, averaging $3733.
