The International Dairy Week Farm and Machinery Field Days will return for 2018.

The three-day event, now in its sixth year, will see more than 50 exhibitors showing off anything and everything the dairy industry has to offer.

‘‘We will have 50 exhibitors ranging from everything you need inside the dairy and herd improvement to tractors and machinery from local and interstate suppliers and dealerships,’’ IDW field days co-ordinator Brendan Prentice said.

Mr Prentice said the field days were unique due to exhibitors being only from the dairy industry.

‘‘It is one place where a farmer can go where it is purely dairy focused. If they come, they won’t see a truck or a harvester.

‘‘It’s everything new or you want in the industry — it’s a unique industry exhibit.’’

One exhibitor will bring along a large capacity generator, while a silo supplier will also be on hand.

‘‘Some of our long-standing exhibitors, like GB Dairy Supplies, will be attending this year,’’ Mr Prentice said.

Any business wanting to be involved in the field days can contact the committee at or phone Brendan Prentice on 0484 239 866.

The field days are held on the main oval on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 23 and 24, from 9am to 5pm; and Thursday, January 25 from 9am to 1pm.
